

Logistics and delivery partners
To ensure that every order is delivered safely and on time, we work with a number of local and international logistics companies, including Österreichische Post (Austrian Post), DPD Austria, Hermes, DHL, GLS and UPS. We will match you with the most suitable logistics service provider based on the delivery method you choose, the weight of your order and the delivery address.
Delivery range and costs
Delivery within Austria: We provide delivery services throughout the country. Standard delivery is usually completed within 4 working days. The specific cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and region of the product.
Other EU countries: We support delivery to most EU countries. The delivery cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout based on the destination and the selected delivery method (standard or expedited).
Non-EU countries: Some products can be shipped internationally. The cost will include the estimated shipping cost, but does not include customs clearance and customs duties. The customer is responsible for any import fees that may be incurred.
Order processing and shipping time
All orders will be processed within 2 working days after payment is received. After shipment, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and can check the order status at any time.
Order Tracking
All packages are trackable. After shipment, you will receive tracking information via email and can check it on the official website of the corresponding logistics company or our order center page.
Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If the first delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient is not present, the logistics company will try to re-deliver or deliver the package to the nearest pick-up point. Please make sure to provide an accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid unnecessary delays.
Damage and Loss Handling
If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with a reasonable solution (such as refund or re-delivery) after verification with the logistics company.
